OrbiSurge: Galaxy Sling — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
OrbiSurge: Galaxy Sling ("the Game") is a mobile game for iOS published by
Mustafa Cerit ("we"). This policy explains what data the Game handles and how.
Data we collect
The Game does not require an account and does not collect, store or transmit
personal information to our own servers. Your progress, scores, coins, owned
rockets and settings are stored locally on your device, and — if iCloud is
enabled on your device — mirrored to your private iCloud key-value storage so
progress follows you across your own devices. We cannot read your iCloud data.
Third-party services
- Apple Game Center — if you are signed in to Game Center,
your scores are submitted to Apple's leaderboards and your achievements to
Apple's achievement service under your Game Center profile. This is handled by
Apple according to the
Apple Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — the Game may show automatic interstitial
advertisements between successful levels and optional rewarded advertisements
after a failed run. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, product
interactions and diagnostic data to serve and measure ads, as described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
On iOS, ad tracking only occurs if you allow it via Apple's App Tracking
Transparency prompt. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables automatic interstitial
advertisements. Optional rewarded continues remain available and play only if
you explicitly choose to watch one.
- Apple In-App Purchase — purchases (Remove Ads and coin
packs) are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Notifications
If you grant permission, the Game schedules local daily-mission reminders on
your device. These are local notifications only — nothing is sent to a server,
and you can revoke the permission in iOS Settings at any time.
Network use
The Game performs a lightweight connectivity check at launch and uses the
network only for the third-party services listed above.
Children
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Ads are configured for a general audience through AdMob's settings.
Your choices
- Deny ad tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Purchase Remove Ads to disable automatic interstitial advertising. You can
still choose an optional rewarded continue after a failed run.
- Sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings to stop leaderboard and achievement submissions.
- Disable iCloud Drive for the Game in iOS Settings to stop cloud progress sync.
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Changes
We may update this policy; changes will be published on this page.
